Thank you for using Junting Orbit. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund for purchases made through our platform.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

Junting Orbit offers digital subscription services billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

All fees are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase without providing a reason.

However, by completing the purchase you may be asked to:

  • Expressly consent to immediate access to Junting Orbit’s premium features, and
  • Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully performed (i.e., access is granted).

If you do not provide this consent during checkout, your 14-day withdrawal right remains valid.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Commercial Refund Policy)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all first-time purchases of a Premium subscription.

The guarantee applies only to your first billing cycle.

Renewal payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@junting-orbit.com within 14 days of your initial purchase.

We process refunds through our Merchant of Record (Paddle), and the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Refunds for Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable, as access continues immediately upon renewal.

If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund.

Taxes (including VAT) may be applied based on your location. These taxes are calculated, collected, and remitted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of our refund policy
  • Repeated refund requests
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

Refund decisions outside the guarantee window are made at our sole discretion.
